  • Guarantee issue from $300 - $2,500/month at group’s initial enrollment or as a newly hired employee, if timely. Guarantee issue amount defined by industry and group size at initial enrollment
  • Continuity of coverage available on all takeovers
  • 1Minimum participation at issue: the greater of 15 enrolled lives or 25% to age 65. The greater of 6 enrolled lives or 20% participation for plans with benefit periods of 3 years, 2 years
  • Claims paid on a monthly basis
  • Partial disability benefit pays 50% of the monthly benefit for up to 12 months
  • Waiver of premium while receiving long-term disability benefits
  • Rates guaranteed for 2 years
  • Rate structure: 5-year level term rated
